Pearl bath is one of the types of hydromassage, which helps relieve stress and tension, and also it is the prevention of various diseases. Under high pressure, air is supplied from a special compressor, due to which the bath is constantly filled with small bubbles, thereby creating a pleasant massage effect.

Pearl baths are used in the treatment of diseases of the nervous system, they have a calming effect and reduce irritability, as well as reduce pain and restore the nervous regulation of muscles. The active factors of the pearl bath cause the expansion of capillary vessels and, as a result, improve blood circulation to organs and tissues, help those who suffer from pain in the limbs, metabolic disorders and post-traumatic syndrome. Bubble baths are a great way to deal with stress and insomnia.  
A course of several treatments will cheer you up, noticeably improve your skin and help in fighting with cellulite.

The time of the procedure is 15-20 minutes, and the water temperature is not more than +36 °C. Depending on the condition of the patient, a doctor may recommend some specific mineral composition of the water, in which case the procedure is called mineral-pearl or coniferous-pearl. A tangible effect occurs immediately, but to consolidate it, a course of 15-20 procedures is needed. After the bath, it is recommended to relax for several minutes, and not engage in vigorous physical activity.

In the health resorts in Belarus the pearl bath procedure is very popular and is prescribed by doctors by the following indications:

  • general fatigue;
  • diseases of the musculoskeletal system;
  • the initial stage of hypertension;
  • post-traumatic asthenic syndrome;
  • cerebral palsy.

Contraindications to baths: acute inflammatory processes, cancer, fungal and ulcer diseases of the skin, tuberculosis, thrombophlebitis and an individual allergy to individual components of the bath.
