19-March-2025The health resort «Alesya» has introduced new equipment for guest wellness – a spinal apparatus massage couch «Nuga Best». This is a modern method for preventing and treating spinal disorders, helping to restore mobility, relieve tension, and improve overall well-being.
The «Nuga Best» couch is recommended for:
- spinal conditions (osteochondrosis, scoliosis, herniated discs);
- chronic back and joint pain;
- muscle tension and stress;
- circulatory disorders.
Contraindications:
- acute inflammatory processes;
- oncological diseases;
- pregnancy;
- severe cardiovascular diseases.
