Ultrasound diagnostics are the most accessible and reliable methods of the internal organs and systems diagnostics, which is based on the recognition of pathological changes in the organs and tissues of the body using of ultrasonic waves. Passing through tissues of different density, ultrasound is reflected differently from them. A special receiving sensor captures these changes, translating them into a graphic image that can be fixed on a monitor or paper.
Over the past few decades, this diagnostic method has become one of the most common methods of research. The widespread using of ultrasound diagnostic is due to a number of advantages:
- Absence of contraindications, this method is considered to be absolutely harmless: ultrasound has no radiation load, it can be repeated an unlimited number of times;

- The method is simple and accessible. It can be used repeatedly during the entire period of observation of the patient;
- Сheapness of the method. The cost of ultrasound is in several times less than the traditional X-ray method;
- Research is conducted in real time.
